Senior Project Manager

Program Manager | ImagineX (Consulting for Hornblower Group) Led a high-performance cross-functional team of UX designers, full-stack engineers, and Salesforce Architects to modernize Hornblower Group’s digital commerce infrastructure.

  • E-Commerce Transformation: Spearheaded the end-to-end migration from legacy WordPress and Anchor systems to Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), significantly enhancing the platform’s scalability and transaction security.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Facilitated alignment between internal IT/Marketing teams and external stakeholders, including the U.S. National Park Service and Salesforce account leads.

  • Integrated Ecosystem: Oversaw the technical integration of a robust stack including React.js, Python, and Snowflake, alongside complex payment gateways (Apple/Google Pay, Chase).

Scrum Master/Project Manager | ImagineX (Consulting for Inspire Brands) Following a successful six-month engagement via TRC Staffing, I was brought on as a Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) to lead two high-impact Agile teams within Inspire Brands’ Marketing organization.

  • Guest Communications Team (12 members): Spearheaded the development of a bespoke UI and automated marketing journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Our work enabled sophisticated email templating and cross-platform push notifications.

  • Data Pipeline Team (4 members): Managed the critical data infrastructure required to power SFMC, ensuring seamless integration and real-time data flow.

  • Key Achievement: Orchestrated the large-scale migration of four major brands from legacy platforms (e.g., Braze) to a centralized SFMC ecosystem. This required cross-functional synergy with Marketing, Loyalty, Campaign Programming, Data Science, and Engineering teams to ensure a seamless transition.
